are you drinking enough water?

thirst is typically one of the first symptoms of dehydration.

Hi, I was thinking the same thing, perhaps you're not drinking enough water. Thirst is our bodies way of telling us it's dehydrated. How much are you drinking each day?

You have to drink that water man, 1.7 liters or 64 ounces they tell you. It is needed for the body to run your organs. It also helps increase weight loss. They say take your weight divide it in two and that is really how many ounces of water would be optimun daily intake for yourself. Water when I speak of it is cool clear clean clear water! The only thing you might add is crystal light for taste.

When I was in that thirst stage I tried Gatorade G2 and it sure helped. I sip away at a bottle all day long. The G2 has less sugars and sodium and is made to help with dehydration. It helped me much better than water or Crystal Lite. The artificial sweetners sometimes make me even thirstier. Good luck!

10 calorie vitamin water is pretty decent if you're craving something other than water.

As everyone has said, drinking is so very important. Even if you are just sipping. If the water gets old, try some Crystal Light. Most flavors are pretty good. Plus there is a drink called 4C, and its made with splenda. I try to use that one, because it doesn't have the aspartame. I try not to get to much aspartmae. Anyway good luck, and I hope things improve for you. JUST REMEMBER SIP SIP SIP AND SIP SOME MORE. Oh and if you get up in the middle of the nigh, grab something to drink, even if its just a few sips. It all adds up.
