Thumbs up Test Bra

Hi ladies,
Some of you know that I run a Victoria's Secret in Florida.Well, there is a new test bra comming out next week after the semi-anual sale. The bra is called the "Sara Lee Intimate Collection",7 different styles and sizes 36(band) to 42 and C-DDD(cup).Yes triple D...a first for VS.

Only 19 shops around the company will conduct the test thru Oct-Nov....They should be in room one with the new floorset on 7/13.

I just wanted to let any "BUSTY" gals out there know about these Bras.I have not tried them yet...no bras have arrived in the store as of yesterday.Based on client response and sales the company may find this new bra in all stores going foward.

Can you tell I love what I sell...

Take care Van

Hey Van~

Does Victoria's Secret sell bras without underwire? I never see them in ours here in CA or maybe I am not looking close enough? You have a very cool job.

Default No Underwire

Yes Vs sells no wire bras.I think Body by Victoria sells the best.Very sexy also had one but was discontinued this semi-anual sale....might find one if you can stand digging thru the bins.

Do you want nowire for comfort?I don't know your breast size but if your smaller chested now @115 lbs...try the Body by Victoria shaping demi.

If you need full coverage..try the BBV shaping Full coverage(my Favorite)
Don't be afraid of a molded cup. They are not pointy like they use to be...gives nice shape and reduces the rasin smuggling...(cold nipples)

Good bra hunting....Van

PS~Tell your parents the most we have gotten from the hurricane is tons of rain and sustained winds around 40 MPH...getting better with time.We were spared this time. They can sleep better tonight....ahhhhhhhh.

I had to stop shopping a VS because I got so big then i had my breast reduction and ended up gaining so much that I couldn't shop there after either. When I could I really loved the "Angel" bras. I know they discontinued them some time ago but they were very supportive but also really sexy. I'm down to a 38C now so I guess it's about time I went and got a nice bra. Since you seem to be knowledgeable in the bra area I have a question. What is the best way to wash bras? If its handwash, what is the best detergent to use? When I bought nice ones and handwashed they always felt dirty. Now that I buy Wal-mart bras I just throw them in the wash. Just wondered!

Now, down 104 lbs., I have no breasts left--just two nipples on my chest (I know, lovely visual!). Thankfully, my ribcage is now a 36, but I still can't find any bras that fit. I'm a 36, but not even an A any more! I tried the VS bras with the push-up inserts in them. They didn't work because my breasts are also far apart on my chest. I felt like the bra was ill-fitting. I'm wide-body and the cups were too close together!

I feel like there is no hope for me, except breast augmentation and I don't really want that. I'm just too damned old--it would feel stupid. What I've done so far is stick with my old bras (38B's) and buy the "breast enhancers" from VS. They're great and they actually make my bra cup look full. However, the silicone inserts seem to promote perspiration where they touch my skin during the day. At the end of the day, they smell yucky...sorta like old tennis shoes. Is there anything I can do to prevent the perspiration and smell?

(I can't believe I'm asking this question on a website...the entire world now knows I have no boobs and my fake boobs smell! Just kill me!)
Dara~

You are just so cute....and this forum is for all kinds of questions and I think talking about the breasts is just fine. You know we lose so much weight and it happens everywhere and we all have to deal with our new skin and stuff like that and I am sure Vanessa might have some good ideas for you...she is a VS specialist and I would ask, too. If you really wanna know, I think you look absolutely wonderful Dara...no matter what!!!

Hi Dara!
If you are at all considering breast augmentation please don't let your age get in your way. I have a dear friend who lost a lot of weight through exercise and diet and she was very flat afterward. Anyway, she had a breast augmentation at age 51 and says its the best thing she has ever done for herself. I think after losing all the weight and working so hard at it we should all do whatever we feel comfortable doing reconstructing our bodies. Besides, 40's are now the new 30's so you are really only 38

Thumbs up a few answers

Amber~We still have the Angels collection but the bras have changed. The best selling Angels bra according to company #s ,Angels lighty lined Demi. The lined demi with lace on the side sells well.
Washing bras.....ugggggghhhhhh....let me say....use a lingerie bad....if you wash in a machine....most bras..esp. those with padding or a molded cup should not be put in the dryer. You may find before laying bra to dry...you will need to form it with your hands,ie. smooth out the cup.
I wear BBV shaping full coverage and toss it in the wash...comes out fine.Only a few you can do that too.Remember if you buy a VS bra..take it home ,wear, wash, don't like.Bring it back....The company stands behind it's product 100%.You as a client are not satisfied...save your receipt(makes things much easier )
I use Woolite when washing my intimate apperal...not too much or it stays with the fabric.

Hi Dara~I was going to mention the breast enhancers...we carry two...the little filet and the one that looks like a real breasts..even has nipples.
Have you tried using a mild soap to cleanse the back side.I cannot keep the breast enhancers in stock. They really look real.
Dara~AA's are all but gone from VS...however....don't wear the wrong band size.If you are a 36..please don't wear a 38.The band size will ride up your back all day.Measure around your ribcage(where your band would be)Take that # and add 5.This is your bandsize.
if you measure 29...your bandsize that you buy would be a 34.

Hope I helped a little~

Take care...Van
