Thanks for posting Pouch Rules for Dummies! I'm 6 months out and in the honeymoon stage. Losing weight no matter what I do. It's a scary feeling to know this can come crashing down on me any time now. Back to the rules and back to the gym for me!!

ok what if i have no pouch how do i follow those rules...This is why i think im gaining weight back i had surgery back in 95 stapling had problems doctor cleator at the time redid it to the illio not sure how too spell it from what i understand i have no pouch ...this is maybe why i could never feel full like everyone talks about i now am going to see Dr brad Amson and tht isn't till oct 06 long wait but he said i should have the y done im not sure what to do 3rd one and still no luck .......
