Question I'm exercising, Why can't I lose weight?

Help me out here,

AM: Crunches: at least 10 to heave myself out of bed.
Stretching: in the shower trying to reach all those hidden places.
Cardio: putting lotion on all over my body,(totally out od breath by the time I cover every inch)
Yoga: the poses I use to put the lotion on my back (using my handy- dandy lotion roller)

Noon: Walking: going to the QA lab and having to return to my lab to try to remember what I went there for.
Knee exercise: using my legs to propel me from my desk to the microscope, to my desk, to the workbench...

PM: Squats: getting up from my recliner to go to the computer, getting up from the computer to go to my recliner...

Bedtime: Crunches: probably 10 more by the time I get out of bed because I forgot to: turn off lights, let the dog out, take my meds, turn off the computer monitor, go to the bathroom (again!).

So help me out here, with all this exercise why can't I lose weight?!?

Marcia personally I think you are over doing it. I think you should cut out some of them crunches and cardio.
