Greetings Rose!

I'll look for those tablets at Walmart...they should help me up my fiber level a bit more. I like the fact they are sugar-free.

Since it looks like I am going to have MAJOR 'issues' with constipation...for awhile I need to be VERY pro-active and make sure I get my fiber, my colace and my miralax in every day!

Greetings Judy,

I thought I was prepared before surgery for the ways I used food to deal with stress and emotions (I used to 'self-medicate' using food), but it wasn't until my first week back at work when it really hit me that after a particularly stressful day at work I couldn't go home and 'eat' my stress. Even though I wasn't hungary, just out of habit, I immediately thought of stopping for a couple of doughnuts...even though I knew I couldn't/wouldn't eat them and didn't really want them...it was just habit.

I am definitely using this time to put food in it's proper place...and put in place and reinforce the eating habits (three meals a day, no snacking, no grazing) that I hope to be the healthy eating habits I will have for the rest of my life.
