Iam one post op and havent lost any hair for about six months now. I just wish myhair was longer when it all started. Thin is ok if its long. But I had been wearing my hair very short and this made it look like I was a chemo pt. Now at 12 months post-op, its growing out and all the baby hairs are about three inches long.

Its very distressing when this happens, I must say I really freaked. I ended up taking a supplement which you can buy here called NOURKIN. IT was expensive (about 60 dollars per month) I took it for 3 months and the difference was extraordinary within 6 weeks. My hair has come back wavy (!) and thick and shiny.
You can google NOURKIN INGREDIENTS and see if theres anything similar over there but a friend whos a homeopath said it was the SILICA it contained which worked.
I think the body just gets such a shock to be taking in so little food that it takes a while to adjust-dont worry, it will get better.
Hugs
