Default I can run!!
I am up to jogging a mile and a half straight as of yesterday!!!! OMG!!! I ran cross country in hs and I never thought I'd even be able to jog a quarter mile again and now look at me!! Man it feels good.

That is something to be trealy proud about. I am hoping I get the chance to be a part of the March of Dimes walk, breast cancer and whatever other supportive walk-athons. I know I wouldn't be ready for any majoring running. Keep doing your thing girlfriend.

Running is something I haven't done since high school. It feels great!!
