I have some very prominent veins on my legs and I just keep noticing more, my question is ....will they go away or even get better after surgery?

I had some that went away after pregnancy but thsoe were small spider ones these are big, fat, protruding and UGLY! Anyone having any luck with them becoming less prominent?

Sounds like you have varicose veins. Varicouse viens occur when the valves become weak and allows blood to pool into the vein. Weight loss can allievete some of it. Depending on severity, not all will go away. There are many treatments for it. Best to see your doctor.
