Court action between Drs. Simon & Newhoff? - ThinnerTimes

I am wondering if there are patients here of Dr. Simon in Arizona? Are you familiar with a business operation issue that is in the U.S. District Court?

I'm just curious about it, and I'm going to go on the electronic court docket site to see what it's about. From the one document I've seen, it looks like they had a business dispute.

It doesn't appear to be anything related to bad surgery, so there's no reason for alarm. I'm just curious because if I recall correctly, Dr. Simon used to practice in the same office or group and Newhoff. And now there's a lawsuit between them.

Anyone know what gives? Inquiring minds want to know...
