I went to see my surgeon last week and he said that my protein was the highest he has ever seen.

He asked me what I was doing and I told him, 1-2 scoops of Nectar protein in my morning coffee 3 -5 times a week. He never heard of Nectar so he wrote it down.

Each scoop has 23 grms and its a great way to start out my day....

Isn't sucralose the actual name for Splenda?

I've bought the Stacker 2 drinks at Rite Aid before too. I didn't like the green apple flavor at all...ick! I have a pink lemonade flavor sitting in my fridge now...will have to try that soon. The price of it about kills me though. $1.99 each is really expensive, IMO. I haven't seen it anywhere yet except Rite Aid.

Mmmm, sounds good Tricia. I don't have a vitamin shoppe near me, but maybe they have it online. Do you remember the brand name of it? I've been craving peanut butter like crazy...but I'm too scared to try it so soon after surgery.

Morning coffee...GREAT idea! Coffee kills the taste! LOL May I ask what kind you are using? What does the coffee taste like?
