But here's the thing.. you ARE eating after GPS.. just for me, I'm eating WAY better. Gone are the breads, ice cream, etc., etc.. in are the proteins, and yogurt and veggies, nuts & cheese.

as you can see in my sig., I'm now off insulin.. my blood sugars are in the 90 to 110 range almost all the time.. the highest in the last six weeks was 120.

I'm sure all your life docs have told you to eat lean meat and veggies and get your butt up and exercise. GBP forces you to do that. You'll eat. Most people who have Diabetes reverse it with GBP.

yOU KNOW I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THIS MYSELF..BEFORE MY SURGERY IF I DIDNT EAT FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME I WOULD SHAKE UNCONTROLABLY AND FEEL NAUSEAS UNTIL I GOT SOME SUGAR IN ME, BUT SURPRISINGLY ENOUGH, EVEN THOUGH I AM ONLY 10 DAYS OUT OF MY SURGERY I HAVE HAD NONE OF THESE EPISODES...I THINK THE SURGERY ADJUSTS YOU ANATOMY SO DRASTICLY IT CHANGES A LOT OF OTHER THINGS..YOU SHOULD TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING..GL
