Default Now I'm wondering...

I'm pretty sure my doc said 50, but now I am wondering because the rest of you posting on this thread are much higher than that. Any other Callery people out there? How much did Kelly tell you to consume?

My surgeon requires a minimum of 80 g protein (same requirement for my surgeon's male or female patients), although I usually get in over 100 g each day...

Down over a hundie from surgery (127)!!
MONEY IN THE BANK TO DATE......$2940
This is the running amount of money saved by not having to spend so much eating out. Number based on spending $20 a day on food. And that very conservative!!!

Minimum of 60 grams for me but they strongly encourage to shoot for 70-100. I am easily doing about 80-90 grams a day but I'm also 2+ years postop.
