Default 200 lbs. lost

Weight loss has slowed down recently, as expected, but this morning I reached the 200 lbs. down mark! I lost some of that weight in my pre-surgical program. Before I started I could barely bend my knees, but now I'm doing lunges across the gym while holding and maneuvering weight. Getting a personal trainer has helped me tremendously.

Things have changed a lot for me (like no seatbelt extender on planes), and I look forward to hitting the 250 and 300 lbs. lost marks.

Here's a quick comparison...
