I'm not one to dump easily either but I also don't test my limits too much. If I feel as if I pushed sugars or fats a little too far I stop before I really get sick. I know when I've pushed the limits because I get gassy, crampy, light-headed, hot flashes and my heart pounds a bit. I wouldn't call it a full fledged dump but it is enough to tell me that "Beth, you are pushing it here."
I try really hard to listen to my body. I will not say that I never eat something with high sugar or higher fats but when I do eat food like that it is small pieces, in moderation. My body actually objects more to sugar alcohol than to sugar and high fat foods in general just don't taste good to me anymore. You may not be dumping because you may not have hit the limits of what makes you dump. Some people dump easy, some not at all, some when they eat a little too much of something....I would say it is just luck of the draw.
