Default Away too long

I have come to the realization that I have been away too long. I have never posted very much, but I did read daily. Now I realize how much this forum helped me stay on track.

In the last couple months I have not been here at all. I can see myself slipping into some bad habits (grazing and some junk food). So here I am. I am going to try to be here at least a couple times a week, so I can keep myself inline. I have 21lbs to go till my goal, and darnit I am going to get there!!!!

So if anyone has any words of encouragement, or even a good swift kick to the behind for me, it would be appreciated

Welcome back! You're so close to goal...don't stop now.

Sending out a cyber ass-kick as well, since you requested it, lol.
