Default What are your opinions?

I am a couple days out from going from puree to soft foods, and to be honest, have kind of been mixing it up between soft foods and puree already. I have been careful about it and whatever I eat, whether it be soft or puree, I still chew the hell out of it and listen to how my body reacts to it. But I digress...
I REALLY want to try this recipe, but I don't know if I am pushing it by trying it. What are your opinions?

Heres a link to it: Burrito Bake Casserole

Bat, I think you could probably tolerate it but I would skip eating the tortilla wraps. Those can be pretty hard on your pouch early out and will probably fill you up too much. If you want to make it with them you can but personally I think I would just make the recipe as is, except without the tortillas. Just layer everything else.

I agree with skipping the tortillas. At not quite a month out you just don't have room for them, nor do you want to try to make room for them.

I was supposed to do pureed for a month, but I just couldn't do it. I only did maybe a week, then just went to soft foods and stayed there for a few months.

Looks like a super good recipe.... but I would not do the bread. .. I am so ready to chew on something .... I ate a little tuna today and I am seeing how that went .....refried beans sound pretty good right now with some cheese.
