This is a great idea! I'm back at work, and often forget to drink every 15 mins. This will be a great tool to keep me on track! Thanks so much for posting it!

I almost didn't make this post, but I'm glad I did now..

Hey Girls!
At 3 1/2 months out I still use the digital kitchen timer (clipped on to my waistband/trousers, notepad, or round my neck). It's a simple and easy model.

Oh, I am so going to use this for times when I'm not sitting at my desk at work, great idea- thanks!

I'm proud to say I do the same thing with Outlook! Drinking water is my key to keep losing, so that really helps me.

I'm finding this to be so very true.

Good Job On Your Weight Loss So Far. I Am About 2 Weeks Pre-op And Plan To Be Out Of Work For 3 Weeks, Any Suggestions For Me?

Thanks.. If I were you, I would read as much as you can here and get a feel for what those that have been at this far longer than me! Look into the 'sticky' thread in the pre-op forum that has a lot of really good information as a start.
And don't do what I did, which was not get enough food & fluid in me.. my body was very unhappy, I felt like garbage.. I was tired, cranky, lethargic and I didn't lose weight for weeks.. not a good idea. I know it's hard, but it's really, really important.
