Default helpful hints to get off plateaus

I have been refusing to get on a plateau so this is what I found works to give you a little jumpstart( well for me at least, and im sure it will for you all too)

Exercise:
Do about 40-60 minutes more cardio then you usually do ( this may sound like too much, but its just for one day)
Put the treadmill on an incline
Swim laps
sit in the sauna or steam room for 10 min

Eating:
Drink regular water instead of propel or crystal light, and up your water about 60 oz
dont eat, cheese or dairy
try white fish and spinach

This may not sound like anything you dont already know but i dont know i thought i would share!
