Hey everyone! I am 2 months out from surgery TODAY (yay me!) but have a few concerns... I have only lost 2 or 3 pounds in the last 3 weeks! I also think I have been eating too much which probably doesn't help.

I just need to get back on track, but the weight AND inches not coming off is really concerning me... Should my weight loss slow down that much so soon after surgery? I have even been working out a few times a week, what gives?!?!
And does anyone have advice on how to get back on track as far as eating is concerned?
