worried about weight gain - ThinnerTimes

i had gastric bypass in july 2005. lost weight quickly , i didnt have complications.my family and friends are so proud of me. my problem is ive started feeling hunger more and more and find myself being able to eat more i have gained atleast 15 pounds back.at first i tried to shrug it off and say i ate to well around the holidays i am worried if i dont get a grip on this i will keep gaining.just wondering if anyone else had this problem and have suggestions on getting back on track thanks tina

I'm going through it right now.....my surgery was Sep of 2005. I know everyone says "Go back to the basics". I am working on it, but it's just not so simple for me......mine seems to be the addiction art kicked back in.....arrgghhh. It's very frustrating!

I also had surgery in July of 05. I have gained about 7 lbs over the last year and am trying to get my eating back on track. I am also feeling hunger for the first time since surgery. Grrr - it isn't easy.
