My hospital had "bariatric" gowns and gave me a "robe" too, which was just a gown going the other way. No issues there. Actually, the gown was too big for me. I'm only 5'3", so it was really long. My friend who was in the same day, weighing 425 and 6 feet tall fit into it perfectly.
You'll be fine. And with enough morphine, who cares??
