Default weird tummy feelings

So I am about 3 1/2 weeks out and have been getting a couple strange sensations in my pouch. Sometimes it gets randomly like, cold and tingly feeling as if I had just chugged ice cold water (of course I had not!) or I get a feeling like I am really hungry, even though I had eaten a couple hours before...

Anyone else get this or have an explanation? I am tired of being hungry!!!!

I haven't had my surgery yet,, but I remember talking to someone once about his surgery, and he mentioned having that cold feeling you talking about, and he had to go back in because he was leaking, but he felt it after zipping some fluids, so might want to check with your doctor about that.

About the hungry feeling, I say if you are hungry, then have some protein, can be hard to get all the protein in as it is, so take advantage of it and zip up some protein drink, or have some yogurt, just enough to rid of the feeling, but again, you should consult your doctor too, what I have hear people say here, is that there is no hungry feeling after surgery for quite a while.

Best of luck

The cold feeling in the stomach is something you need to take up with your surgeon soon. The hungry issue, well you are only able to eat about a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of food now if you are busy or working out you will burn that up in no time. When I work out or am in the office I have a snack about every 3 or so hours because if I don't, I run out of steam. I am still loosing inches then pounds later. Dorene is doing the same thing. I have to remember to eat if I don't I won't.
Remember call your Doc, he is your best source for problems you are facing. If you can't get into your surgeon call you family Doc and if that fails ER.

Take Care
Jim and Dorene

Thanks guys, I've been trying to do some research online but nothing really comes up. My surgeons office has not been helpful so I'm thinking I will wait and see what happens. I cut out the splenda (I was using it in decaf tea) so hopefully that gets rid of the hungry feeling... Thanks again!

More advice is still welcome though...
