Question Need Online source of Vitamins

I am looking to buy my supplies online, vitamins, minerals, etc.

I am wondering from those who use online to order, can you share your links with me? I looked and looked but at this stage, I am a bit on the overwhelmed side, and thought it would be good to ask.

Also, good link for liquid diet powders and protein bars??

Thank you in advance

wlsvitamins.com

I use their bariatric multi and B12. The price is reasonable and they have much higher concentration of nutrients in it. They have many others, but I have local sources for Iron and multi oil that I like.

I have used bariatric advantage and my most recent protein powder is from vitacost.com.
Good luck!

I haven't used the vitamins yet but they come highly recommended by my surgeon's office.

www.bbvitamins.com

I have tried the soy crunchies, wafers, bars and pudding. All have been quite good even though they are kind of pricey.

Oh yeah, Bariatric Advantage is really good and fast. Their wild cherry calcium chews are soooo good. They taste like candy-good flavor. Stay away from chocolate & tropical flavored ones though-you just cant mix chocolate + vitamins. Tastes aweful. The tropical flavored ones have strong metalic after tastes. Go cherry !

I went with Advantage, my order is placed, should last me about 3 months, enough for the recovery period so I don't have to worry about nothing like that.

Under two weeks and counting down, can't wait
