Default Does anyone stall the week before your cycle

I have noticed that the week before my cycle I gain a few ounces. Does anyone else experience that? And don't lose weight that whole week. Until Aunt flows comes and says its ok It's fustrating every 3 weeks I have a no weight loss week=( dang her Aunt flow.

Yep happens to me every month, and has since WLS. I'm sure it happened before but I was just TOO large to notice, and step on a scale. I'm anywhere for 3 to 5 pounds but it goes away just like "Aunt Flo" does.

My weight loss TOTALLY fluctuates based on where I am in my cycle... I always drop a few pounds during "Flo Week," and then in the weeks that follow, I lose less and then nothing-- until it's period time again, then WHAMMO. Every single month, like clockwork.

Oh yeah... me too. Every month... without fail. I then lose a bunch the following week so it does all even out. Retaining water sucks and I agree that it probably has always happened I was just too fat to notice the fact that my weight was fluctuating like that.

So your married and don't know about "Aunt Flow"... She's a winner! she's Keeping the secret in tact and now the cat is out of the bag. hmmm.

That was my routine the first year. I still managed to lose about 125 lbs the first year. It is irritating though.
