I have tried everything I know to post my picture next to my name. Any ideas? I have done the avatar bit but it says it is too large.

You have to resize it... I dont know how to do it, i always have to get help frrom my assistant... it has to be like 80x80 pixels or less... perhaps someone hrre might be able to help... wish I could. Good luck!
