Default pouch size question???

Hi all,

the other evening i went for a meal with my family.
i decided that i was sick on chicken so i ordered the smallest fillet
of beef steak and 8oz, i managed over a period to eat 75-80% of the seak
and one baby potato, do you all think this is ok at just over 5months out??
I'm worried i can eat too much... now that had me full and the pouch felt full to its brim, not painful, not belching or not will i get sick full, but just thats enough full!!!
my friend who had hers done and is a year out, seems to eat very small portions i'm just worried that i've stretched myself!!!! mind you my other friend who is a year and half out could eat for ireland!!!!

I've been ordering steak at restaurants since about 5-6 months out... how much of it I can eat depends on how Pouchie is feeling that day. Some days I can eat a lot of it (like 6-7 ounces), sometimes not so much. And strangely enough, if I eat anything along with it (like mashed potatoes), I can usually eat more than if I just ate steak alone-- like the mashed taters helps things slide down or something?

Anyway, if you are following Pouch Rules (not drinking before, during, or after your meal, and not taking more than 15-20 minutes to eat), then you shouldn't be able to eat a WHOLE lot... but if you ARE drinking while eating, or if you "graze" on your meal over the course of an hour, then YES-- you will be able to eat more, and probably are eating too much.
