Default I can feel my muscle!!!

Just wanted you to know that I was on my computer this morning and I reached over to loosen my shirt sleeve and I FELT THE MUSCLE IN MY ARM!!!
LOL, now I know in certain circles of life that would not be an acheivment but since my arm has been this fat flabby flying wing for the past several years this is MAJOR!!! I am exactly 3months out today (well if today were the 29th~) and overall everythings good. Thanks so much for all of you being out there. You have really made this experience easier, supported and even comforting at times. Thanks for letting me brag! I am going to go stroke my fine muscle now

I do the same thing, but when I am home with John, his hand rests there. I don't mind, let him share my bones. They are his anyway.

Hugs,

Pam, you guys (Traci, Bridgett, Traci, and all of you other amazing 100+losers!) are so amazing to me! I have lost a little over 50lbs and I am like in a "re-introduction to me" phase. It is incredible, just seeing myself and knowing how much better I look! You guys are totally new people! That is the wonder and the power of the weight loss. That you can become a new person, a totally new and better you.

We talk a lot in very practical terms, "don't be too over-confident" "this is not magic" " you always have to work at it" " you always have to pay attention to the rules". So I am being very careful and pragmatic about my weight loss, and not taking it for granted and remembering I have to earn it and keep working to keep it. But every once in a while I just want to go " Woo Hoo!!!!!" what an amazing thing is happening to me.............to us! It is wonderful.
