For me its a yes but realistically you should not need anyone elses opinion!!! Simply i hit rock bottom and it was my only light at the end of my tunnel..
well the only one i had the strength for... i know this is a massive step and i know its very scary but its given me 20 more years please god so yeah i'm glad i did it.... not just for weight loss but for the kick up the back side my life needed.. good luck with whatever your choice will be

Yes - I love the person I am . . . I thought I was happy before . . . but now WOW!! No CPAP . . . No Psoriasis (which is amazing to me) . . . my dermatologist NEVER said lose the weight and your skin will improve . . .it's just a wonderful thing that happened with the weightloss! I love being my size.

Yes, it has been worth it to me. I'm only a month out but I can actually walk to my daughters classroom, I couldn't do that before without being winded. I can smile at myself in the mirror and I feel ever so much better. I am actually looking at clothes again after wearing the same tired (and I mean worn out, thin and ugly) clothes for years. I can sit in a booth and I fit behind my steering wheel. My 2 yo can sit next to me on the recliner instead of on the arm of the chair.
Yep, so far the best decision I could've made for me and my family!

Rock and roll doesn't create psychos, it helps psychos be more creative.

For me that would be a huge decision again!!! Yes, I look better and walk better the pain in my knees are gone, but still there in my lower back!! Do you go to any support groups if not you really should! are you over 100 pnds in what you should weigh? there is alot to know than just are opinions!!jmho!! so for right now im just gonna go with the idk!! because i am one along with many others that have a very hard time eating and getting protein in and that is very important!!! Good luck to you and your decision.......

YES! It has been a journey filled with WOW experiences and personal growth - not to mention NO PAIN in my back (thanks to physical therapy along with weight loss). I have my life back.

Only YOU can make this decision. Go with your gut instincts regardless of what we say.

Sue, everyone's different, and it is impossible to determine at the outset the degree of saggy skin.

I was concerned about this too, especially at my age (67), but I am amazed to find that after losing 74 lbs on my 4'10" frame, the saggy skin is not nearly as bad as I had expected. I can live with it. I have had so many surgeries in my life that, even if money were not an issue, I just couldn't go through all that again.

My husband calls me a hot blonde chick. Who could ask for anything more??!!??
