Default Thank you so much for this...

Ok, Ive been eating like crazy past 3 days, or so it seems. Then my husband tells me he doesnt think ive been eating...he is worried im geting too thin. So, then I read this other thread and found people worried about getting fat again and that hit home for me. I really am fearful of that...this is just what i needed, I need to be mindful of what i put in my mouth. Thanks!

You're welcome sweet lady. I'm glad you found it helpful. I know that is really the key for me...to be totally mindful of what I put in my mouth. It was certainly the mindless eating that got me in trouble in the first place.

Thank you Beth. This is a wonderful post. It made me think (hmm being mindful??). At 10 months out it is still a physical necessity to pay attention to what I am eating and how it feels in my mouth and so on. Still there are times that I have noticed that the first couple of bites don't get chewed as well as they should and I will start to put something in my mouth that I really don't need or in the end want.
