Smile Possible location and dates

Hello All,

Here are some ideas:

Southeast/west Michigan.
Chicago, IL.
Madison, WI.

Dates:

August 18 or 25
September 1 or 8.

If we pick a location and date. Then you can talk about people who live close to each other and car pool / share hotel rooms.

Regards,

Cat_Lover

There are some lovely places along the lake shore in west Michigan. Several of them are closer to the Indiana/Michigan border. That may be a possibility. I know in the past we looked into a TT get together and near the Chicago area seemed to be about half way for many. For me the later the better. I think August will be the month I end up getting surgery in.

We just spent a week in a lovely lakeshore cottage in Union Pier, MI, just north of the Indiana border -- it was fantabulous!

I may be able to attend (I live near Ann Arbor), depending on the date. (lots of family reunions in August!)

Smile West Michigan

Hello All,

West Michigan area works for me. Should we pick a date?? I am open all weekends. Does anyone need us to plan around a date. If so let me know.

Regards,

Well September works the best for me. I suspect that I will be having plastic surgery in August so I need some time to recoup before I head off some place. I'm free pretty much every weekend as long as I know early enough. I often work Friday evenings but can request not to work a certain one if I know about a month in advance.

West Michigan works for me as well. Actually, so does Madison or Chicago. Would more peeps be able to attend if it were either of those? How about the Squishy's from SW Minn - would Madison or Chicago be better for you guys? Chime in all you other guys, those from OH or IL, if no preferences are given, it will be settled as West Michigan. I would have to do September as well. The later the better for me. But if another date seems to work well for most, just go for it. I can always make the next one!

I am close to the Indiana border and about an hour out of Chicago.....Would love to meet up but like everyone else it would depend on where and when. I have kids starting school and of course my brand new baby....... I will keep checking in to see what you all have planned!

Default Works for me...

I've been to Chicago, so my preference would be for west Michigan, and any time before the snow flies...

Chicago would probably be best for me. I go back to work August 20. After that it would have to be a weekend.
