Kasey,
This old thread surfaced through a guest reader - and having read it through, I'm curious as to whether you two are still friends...???
Cheers,
Vim

Default Decided to cut her loose

Since this thread i have had some problems and have dropped down to about 120 give or take (depends on time of day). Even after i talked to her she just kept droping those little comments. Well after i got out of hospital i was on perocet and ambian, and her new boyfriend likes the pills. So, she came over here with him about two days after i got out of the hospital, and told me that he wanted some of my pills. I said "um no" well he blew up and called me a wanna be skinny cXXt. So that was the last of her. She txt me from time to time but she is still with him. I just don't need any more stress in my life.

Well done Kasey!
We are proud of you! Strong willed of you not to give in to the odious bloke!

As to you, we need to look out for you! Get your protein girl and up the water! You'll feel probably stronger and more fit to deal with your problems. Hope they get sorted soon!

Hang in there!
Cheers,
Vim

She was in the one beside me and i asked her to look at a pair of pants and tell me what she thought. When i turned around she asked me how much i weighed. I said 148. (at 5'6) and she said in front of about 10 people. I can't believe that you still weigh that much and can wear a size four. i was speechless i didn't know how to respond. So then i came home and began trying on all the four's i had in my closet and wondering if they were just marked wrong. I know some of my shorts are 6 but some 4's from the same store. I just felt awful. I feel like i will never be able to go shoping with friends again.
Your "FRIEND" would surely HATE ME!! I'm sitting at 145 some days (bounce between 125-145) and still wear a size 2 - and rarely a baggy 4 on my heavy days. Plus, I'm 5'6 and 3/4ths. It's about body shape...not weight. I have to agree with others....She is jealous and jealousy comes out in ways like that....odds are she didn't even "THINK" about what she was doing, and wouldn't want to hurt your feelings on purpose.

<~~Wrote this before I read ALL the replies! Guess she did "mean" it! YIKES!

It also has a lot to do with if you lost weight to get there or if you gained weight to get there cause muscle takes up less room than fat.

At one point I weighed 50 lbs more than my sister but we both wore a size 16 cause I lost weight to get to a 16 and she gained weight to get to it.

But it doesn't even matter, she sounds like trash, good that you got rid of her.

sorry here..
she's no friend
I have one of "those" friends...we went to a warehouse sale & there was only size 42sz12/14USA (being the largest) & I asked for 40..
She is my best friend I've had in 15 years...
She was pissed as hell.
I'm sorta at a loss for words. I KNOW how I felt.
Up to you, sweetie, but who needs friends like that?
