Interesting.....here I thought I wasn't losing as fast as others because of my goldfish and Starbucks habit....but I'm thinking now I can blame it on my anxiety!!

well duh.......we know it's all about the mindset and that success comes with dealing with the emotional stuff. I was in therapy fo a year before starting my WLS. A lot of my success is kudos to my therapist for keeping me on track and working out issues....especially with going through a divorce and the plastic surgery complications.

For the article.I have been dealing with anxiety issues since my surgery.I think I had them before but Poo-poo'd it.

I always wonder if my pouch behaved whether I would be as successful as I have been.
