The only restriction I have is lifting to much for the next few weeks. (I don't intend to do any weight lifting anyway), but I can now go to the gym and start a workout routine.

It's funny, it actaully feels like a relief I can go. I'm actually looking forward to it. Will start with the treadmill and some sit-ups for now and work myself into other stuff.
