I weigh every morning after using the bathroom and just before I jump in the shower. I used to only weigh weekly until I was about 12 months post-op, then I started weighing daily.

I know that I will see fluctuations over the week so I don't freak out when I see them. I just want to make sure I'm keeping myself on track.

Default Daily, one time, one time only

I weigh each morning (when I was in losing mode, I only recorded it once a week, which helped the craziness a little). I weigh in my silky pajamas after my first potty break, pre-shower, pre-coffee. I get on the scale once, once only, and not again that day.

If I weigh less than 142 pounds, I don't think another thing about it. If I weigh 143 pounds or more, I keep my food intake that day under strict control, and every day until it's down to 142 or lower.
