Default Doc says I am doing great!

Hi everyone. I just wanted to let everyone out there know that I went to the doc this week and he was very happy with my progress. I weighed 348 the day of my surgery. Tuesday was my 4 mo. anniversary and I am down 78 lbs! It's crazy! Too crazy! Yes, I am very healthy he said and he wants to see me in 3 more months. He said I should be close to 200 by that point if I keep doing what I am doing and keeping protein as #1 (next to the hubby and kids) in my life! HAHA! Anyway, I am really looking forward to getting to the 200lb mark. That is nuts! Especially when I weighed more than that when I got married in 1994! My husband calls me the incredible shrinking woman! But, you know how it is, you are proud of what you've lost, but you know that there is so much more to go... try not to think about it... that's the best way.

And I am constantly pulling my pants up-its driving me nuts... Jeez, the problems! Just joking guys... Thanks again for all the support- you are all a great group!!
