Default I'm freezing!

Does everyone else/anyone else feel cold all the time since your weight loss? My hands and feet are the worst. I'm setting here with my jacket on again today. The other day when it was 80, I could walk around in a short sleeve shirt and was actually perspiring a little. Today it's in the 70's and my fingers are like ice. Am I the only one that is going through this? It's been almost 5 years - wouldn't you would think it would get better with time?

Sounds normal to me!!

This topic has come up off and on over the year + I have been here. It seems to be a common problem. I know it's beautiful and near 85 out, yet I am still wearing jeans and quite comfortable. Everyone else around me is glistening in 1/2 the clothes! LOL!! Exercise will help get your metabolism working a little more..which will naturally increase your internal body temp...keeping your hands and feet nice and tosty.

Well folks - we don't hve all the fat layering us anymore....and so it is therefore a good thing to be freezing Another thing to check is iron levels, but it is generally because you are liggling around the fat anymore
