Default I Made Goal!!!!!!

I just had to make a shout out there....I made GOAL today!!!! I feel as if I have really accomplished something in my life and followed through with what I wanted for once. Yes, I know its still just the beginning, but I am just so darn excited right now. Thanks for all your support throughout these past few months, I dont think I would have made it without you all and the wisdom you share.

Maintaining is the scariest part of this whole thing I think. It feels so awesome and I am just in total disbelief that I weigh 145lbs, never in my life had I ever thought I would be a "normal" weight" The changes in the way the outside world sees and treats me is so different than when I was fat, another thing to get used to I am very happy with my success, Dr. Mueller asked whats my next goal, I had to just smile and say 135 Thanks everyone for you kind words.

Since I'm still pre-op, I have to ask...if I'm going the math right, you reached goal in the about 7 months. Have you lived in the gym 24/7? I think that my biggest fear with this process is that I'm going to have to do that. But if you did, please be brutally honest, I can take it and want to be prepared for anything!
