Open procedure goo dto know. im not at home or I would refrence the almighty binder we get from our surgeon filled with guidelines n stuff. Im sure someone out there... will be able ot tell you. I think its wait 6 months for ab crunches if done open, but I cant be sure. This is just a percaution to reduce your risk of incisional hernia. Im sure you will get LOTS of great advice... but tother wise all other exercise is a go! Good luck lil lady!

Smile Ab crunches

Pretty much Dr. C says if it hurts, don't do it. He doesn't want you doing any ab exercises for a couple of months after surgery, but if you find you can do them after that without it hurting, then by all means.. do it. If you have ANY discomfort, stop doing it and try again in a few weeks..

Hope that helps.. good luck to you..

Skin elasticty is much better if you are young of course. Skin color I have heard makes a difference but I have seen folks with fair and dark skin do ok. The best I have seen they were 30 or younger but no stretch marks. That seems to be the common variable that I have seen in folks that have faired well as far as skin issues.
