Thank you for your "at goal" support. I have not eaten any bread and have followed Dr. C's nutrition guides to the letter. I am finding about a million ways to get protein in, even if it is in the form of beans, beans, and sometimes, beans. I am 99% of the time eating the protien first, veggie, then fruit. Usually no room for carb. Rarely I have a cracker. I think I miss the crunch.

You're doing great. But I have a quick question.. have you tried BEANS yet?? Just kidding!!!

I know what you mean about getting bored right now with foods. I can't do tuna myself.. still. Chicken is a hit or miss. I don't think you ever get used to dry meats again.. and I know a lot of that is the fact that you shouldn't drink while you eat.. so nothing to push it down with ya know? I can't say I follow that rule 100% of the time, but I sure do try not to drink and eat at the same time. I usually have a sip here and there but nothing like I tried in the beginning. I tried drinking a full glass of milk right after eating.. approximately 4 weeks out. Let me tell you it came up faster than it went down..

You are doing good though, you look so happy and healthy. I was really glad to meet you the other day. The good thing is we're a hop, skip, and a jump away from each other so we should try and get together more often.. and walk or something.. that would be so much fun. I have your jacket too, by the way.. I will bring it with me tomorrow to the support group.. I know I have to hurry before it is WAAAAAAAAAAAY too big for ya!!
