Default Quick question!

Ok, so lets say I have to schedule a six month follow up appointment. Would the six months be; six months since I had the surgery OR six months from the last time I saw my surgeon? I'm not too sure, I already made the appointment since I'm thinking it's six months since I had the surgery(and I had it six months ago). I asked the stupid receptionist lady and she was like "Oh, I don't know, what did they tell you?"...Those people love to aggravate me!

So what is it? Cause if I made it too soon, I'm going to have to cancel...obviously.

AHH! Awesomeness, I won't have to cancel then and can just get it out of the way, yay!

I'm feeling a little better, thanks for asking!

I mean, emotionally I'm feeling 75% better. I started school yesterday. I'm going to Keiser for an associate of science in medical assisting. I'm actually exited about getting out of the house and mingling with people. I don't feel like people judge me anymore and I feel super comfortable in social situations.

Physically, eh...I still feel like crap lol. Now I noticed the other day in the shower when I was shaving that my legs are numb It's weird, like the skin is numb in large areas in both legs. I don't see any change in color and I can walk fine(it hurts sometimes but not much) so I don't think I'm going to lose them or anything but it's definitely something I will mention to my surgeon tomorrow. I'm still nauseous, dizzy, blah blah...but I'm getting used to it so it doesn't bother me much anymore.

I'm just kind of like in a "happy" place right now so my other aches and pains are taking a back seat right now. To me it's mind over matter, I don't mind so it doesn't matter. Unless the surgeon tells me there's something wrong, lol, but I hope not!

Default They should

They should have strict guidelines for all gbs I can't believe how little "help" some of you guys get from your doctor...It's BS!
On Tuesday I was given all of my follow up appointments until April 2008...My doctor doesn't play around and he uses the CYA approach!!!!!! (cover your a**)

I hope your six month check-up goes well...and I am glad your getting out and living life...

Take care
Life is good!
