I've been making little 2oz venison burgers and eating them with Gulden's mustard, no bun. Venison is very lean and has lots of protein. They mush up nicely with 10 to 15 chews.

I am very familiar with A&W used to love and I am glad that we don't have any around here to tempt me.
I used to love fries from anywhere now when my family gets them I see the grease and don't want to get anywhere near them. Even the smell does not tempt me anymore.
I dream of McDonalds cheeseburgers and Arbys roast beef. Both are so tempting. We have a McDonalds around here I just try and stay away from it. It is funny though because before the surgery I would never have ordered a Cheeseburger. I would have wanted a Quarter Pounder or Big and Tasty kind of sandwhich. Something big slathered in toppings and such. Now though none of those sound good. I only want a cheeseburger plain maybe a little ketchup and mustard. What a difference a few months have made.

You can do it!!! I have tasted it and it actually goes down really well. In the food book my doctor gave me it states that we can eat the roast beef 4-6 months post op... Just give it a try if you feel comfortable, it tastes like heaven. Plus, you only have to take 2 bites and you're done!!!

It's all good AND ONE DAY i WILL get solids under my belt.I do get an A+++ and extra credit for trying to do solids.

I did keep down about 3/4 cup of Romin Noodles...nice healthy choice

But no pouch cramps and no up and out.
