hey everyone i haven`t been on in awhile(like anyones has noticed) but anyway i`v lost about 135 pounds so far and it feels great.just thought i would write and say hey and tell my good news...

great job, geesh five pounds from goal and your surgery was only a week before mine, wow it really must be great to be a guy huh?(thats my jealousy showing through, sorry) congrats that is wonderful
