Default Exercise Challenge - WEEK TWO!

Who is up for another?

Gina - Back to resistance/cardio program - 6 days this week and I'll try 1/2 mile on treadmill to see how the hip does.

Michelle - 3 xs on treadmill/ 2 miles each time.

Carrie - Weights 5x this week (mon-fri) cardio a total of 2 hours this week and abs everyday this week.

Cath - 3 miles on the treadmill 5 x this week ~ abs daily ~ weights 3x this week.

Josie - 5 times on treadmill this week at 30 minutes each time.

Rene - Thursday: 10 mins Friday: 15 mins Saturday: 20 mins @1.5mph Sunday: 20 mins @1.5mph

Trina - I will do 25 mins. 4 x this week on treadmill.

Whitney - Monday will be cardio for 45 min, arms and abs. Wednesday will be calistenics (works arms, legs, and abs) with the trainer. Thursday will be 45-60 min cardio, a leg/arm combo, and abs. Saturday will be cardio and abs.

John - 30 miles and 10k plus in cals burned.

Jim - 3x gym and 1x at home on the bike.

LoriAnn - I will do water aerobics 3 times this week and the eliptical & ab work 2 times.

Jen - Tread 5x this week.. 5 minutes twice.

Laurie - 3 Kickingboxing classes, 2 TKD classes, 1 running day.

Cindi - Water Aerobics 1x on Wed. with Chrissy
Gym of Friday...Elliptical.

Eric - I will walk three days this week, for 20 minutes each time, and will ride the LifeCycle at my gym three times, for 13, then 14, then 15 minutes each time

Amanda - 3x week - 10 minutes elliptical each time.

Kristi - Wednesday- Treadmill 30 minutes at 2.5 mph at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 15 minutes on the bike. Thursday- Treadmill 30 minutes at at 2.5 mph at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the elliptical. Friday- Treadmill 30 minutes at 2.5 mph at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 20 minutes on the Treadclimber. Saturday- Treadmill 30 minutes starting at 2.5 mph and finishing at 3.0 mph for the last 10 minutes at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I will commit to 3 xs on treadmill/ 2 miles each time. I will probably be going back to work this week.

c an I join this week ~?? I have been doing / will do 3 miles on the treadmill 5 x this week ~ abs daily ~ weights 3x this week ~ ...

I am planning on attempting the same goal as last week, 5 times on treadmill this week at 30 minutes each time!! Only made it 4 times last week, hope to make the goal this week. Just need the extra push!!
