I'm jumping in a little late, but here's mine for the week:

3x week - 10 minutes elliptical each time

I want to start slow and build. It's more important to me right now to start something and be consistent than really getting into everything I need to do. It would too overwhelming, I think! Is that okay?

Wednesday- Treadmill 30 minutes at 2.5 mph at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 15 minutes on the bike

Thursday- Treadmill 30 minutes at at 2.5 mph at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the elliptical

Friday- Treadmill 30 minutes at 2.5 mph at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 20 minutes on the Treadclimber

Saturday- Treadmill 30 minutes starting at 2.5 mph and finishing at 3.0 mph for the last 10 minutes at incline 15 for 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Now you stop that! Don't forget that plenty of us are bigger than you and feeling pretty good! If I could reach you, I'd kick you right in your ever-shrinking behind!

I just can't stand going there my friends. We could get into some details I'm not ready to be posting. The sex counts, but you'll just have to keep track of that yourselves. If someone wants to start a sex challenge thread, be my guest. Though it sounds like keeping up with Duckie is going to be tough this week. And don't ask her how she threw her back out...
