Ok.. here is my excercise goal.. since I got ok'd to tread by the doc today..
Tread 5x this week.. 5 minutes twice
Maybe if I can lose some of this lard... my bp will go down enough to not kill me on the treadmill!

I'm up for it! Week one was good for me except for the ICE STORM day - I missed one TKD class and didn't practice at home b/c I had 2 heathens crawling all over me . . . not quite the exercise I intended.
Week Two shall be
3 Kickingboxing classes, 2 TKD classes, 1 running day
I'm not going to up the exercise from last week . . . I need a couple more weeks at this pace, then, I'll add something new!!

I'm in for Week Two
I will walk three days this week, for 20 minutes each time, and will ride the LifeCycle at my gym three times, for 13, then 14, then 15 minutes each time - I already did my 13 minutes on the cycle yesterday after work, so I'm off to a good start...

today was good and bad for me. But, overall im pleased.
I did do the 10 miles but, it took two sets instead of one. However I also did yard work for a little over an hour inbetween.
I burned 2600 cals today in workouts! It was awesome.

Well, I did 2 miles yesterday on the treadmill.
Uh, of course as we all know, I did have sex. lol
I have however, been ordered off of the treadmill. I threw my back out again. Sooooo..... I won't be making my goals this week.
