No - don't answer that...I already know!

But I am afraid to start putting number of times per weeek into the exercise challenge category - things could start getting out of hand. Like, being on top burns more calories, but what about standing up? You see - it could get a little crazy. Though it might inspire more people to have goals...

Michelle - you're making me hysterical...

I wanna be challenged! Last week I was cleared by my surgeon for the treadmill @ 1mph w/no incline, until I was tired.

Thursday: 10 mins
Friday: 15 mins
Saturday: 20 mins @1.5mph
Sunday: 20 mins @1.5mph

So, I'll probably continue to increase the mph and stay at 20mins for right now and I'm planning on going everyday.

I would also like to start on some weights for my batwings. I'm only allowed 5lbs total weight right now and I need some exercises that won't strain my newly replumbed core area. Any suggestions from you exercise gurus?
