Weird dreams?
Anyone have any weird dreams prior to shedding the pounds?
I had one a couple weeks back... it was weird and when I told Shawn, all he did was laugh. I admit, I laughed too.
Here's the dream.....
I was in a house (somewhere.... dunno where for sure) and there was this huge F5 tornado raging towards where I was. I didn't have time to find an appropriate shelter or anything and I was just standing in this one room awestruck as the tornado blew out a window and just started sucking everything in sight up. It was trying to suck me up, got me about a foot off the ground and couldn't get me higher... it dropped me and went on to suck up other things and then came back. Again, it couldn't get me more than a foot off the ground.
When I awoke from my dream, I had realized why it couldn't suck me up.... I was too fat and heavy for it.
Talk about a weird dream!
I can only imagine what this tornado will do to me after I shed the pounds. lol

LOL I don't smoke. However, if I were to have any sort of dairy before going to bed I'll have mega nightmares. Not fun. If I have dairy after waking up, I'll feel sick to my stomach too. It's weird. But no nicotine replacements here.

I take xanax at bedtime, so I get really weird dreams. Last night my dream was about Tony Orlando! I won't go into detail, but it was good! <wink>

Tony Orlando? Before or after he gained all the weight?
Seriously though- there is a guy in my church- don't know who he is, he always sits on the other side from where the choir sits- spitting image of Tony at his prime! And this guy sings along with the hymns as if no one could hear or see him! (Couple of the tenors are going to try and recruit him!)
Huh- all I've dreamed weird is me jogging! Though I did have a Hugh Grant dream a few weeks ago...

You know, I totaly forgot about my dreams before surgery, but I did have quite a few, and they were real weird. I usually forget my dreams but these stayed with me for a while! I can't remember them anymore (that was over 3 months ago) but I do remember commenting on them to hubby how weird it is to have so many!

It was Tony now! lol! Even though he's put on weight, he's still adorable! Actually, I know him and his famiy. He and I became friends when he came to perform at the casino I used to work for. He even gave me his home# and said if I ever need anything, I can always call him! How sweet is that? He is such a nice man! Of course the only time I ever call him is on his Birthday just to say hi! It's funny I had that dream about him last night...I haven't thought about him in quite awhile. Last time we saw each other we were both on diets! He was doing Atkins and I was doing Weight Watchers. I think he's doing Jenny Craig or Nutrasystems currently. I need to give him a call and tell him I had the surgery. Hey, I think I have a photo of us that I can post....hold the phone! I'm going to scan it now!

I keep having this dream that my honey is taking me to have my surgery and when we get there, it's a combo surgical suite/restaurant. As I'm sitting in a booth having my BP taken and answering anesthesia questions(asked by a nurse in a waitress uniform, no less), he's ordering a burger! Talk about gall! I'm getting ready to redirect my innards and he's stuffing his gullet. I have actually woken up mad at him. LOL. I have this incredible feeling of loss as I watch him eat all the cheesy bacony goodness. How freakin' Freudian is that? I guess I better get used to it.

Well Vanessa...it cracks me up too! I have a few photos of Tony and I..and yes, they are displayed on our bookshelf! Hubby knows I love Tony and he's fine with it! I think he feels pretty confident that Tony isn't leaving his wife for me anytime soon! lmao! I remember watching him as a kid...and if someone had told me then that I would form a friendship with him later on in life, I'd have thought they were nuts! Just goes to show you...ya just never know what life has in store!
