Thumbs up Yoga for the MO

Do any of you currently use Yoga and if so do you have a DVD that you would recomend. I need to workout and I need a low impact approach All Ideas welcome

I stopped doing yoga only due to time and $$ constraints, but I do have the "Yoga for weight loss" video. The only thing about being MO and doing yoga is that you need the "props". You need the blocks, the belt etc. You can still do the same moves. I only found things where I had to reach around myself hard - oh - and child's pose was always impossible. But I learned yoga MO actually, so I don't know any other way!

Yoga is the bomb man, good stuff!
