Just wanted to say Happy New Year to all! I know this will be the first New Year celebration where I know the next year will be great. No more resolutions to lose weight. I am already on my way to goal. Just want to say thanks to all of those who support me. Love ya all. Everyone, please be safe tonight.

I agree about being excited that there need be no more NY resolutions to lose weight!

BUT.... guess we'd better make one to limit our food intake to the three small meals and an optional planned snack ... so we don't wind up backtracking!

It's gonna be a good year!

I agree with ya Phil and I plan my meals every day. I do not settle for fast food when I am out and I opt to pay higher $$ for better quality food. It is just worth it to treat my pouch well.

wooo hooo lots of reasons to celebrate. Even though we are old and fell asleep and woke up right at midnight when the guns and fireworks went off in his brother's neighborhood. It's ok though, because life is so freaking wonderful!!!
