Pilates
I lo9ve the strength I feel when I do pilates. I will add pilates to my daily rountine 2 times this week for 30 mintues, and I think my thighs need to be bigger to balance my calves. I never thought I'd say that in my life time. So leg press here I come 3 time this week. Bring it on. I've just been doing mostly upper body strength training with my aerobic workouts. I can't beleive I'm saying I need thighs and a butt!

Okay, in the other thread I said I would go to Curves twice this week and walk the dog once. Since I hate Curves I take that goal back and say that I am going to walk the dog 3 times and do resistence bands twice.
